Gunn | Jerkens turned a simple 8-page brochure into a weighty work of art similar to a coffee table book. The Oaks near San Juan Capistrano is entirely new and modern, but feels organic and like a farm house. The booklets we helped to create capture their essence like none other. The suede string finishing touch is our favorite part!
